Lafayette "Fate" Bice Jr was born on 14 February 1867, in Alabama, to Lafayette "Fate" Bice Sr and Sarah Jane Allen. Fate Jr married Lillian Angeline "Lillie" Ercanbrack on 12 July 1888 in Montgomery County, Texas. Their children were twins Ida Lovine and Nora Irine, Bessie Pearl, Claude, Eva Lee, Monroe Clarence, Charlie Clayton, Annie May, and Myrtle Alvin Bice. Fate Bice Jr died, 5 September 1906, aged 39, in Alto or Madison County, Texas, leaving Lillie with several small children. He was buried in an unmarked grave at Willowhole Cemetery in North Zulch, Texas.
