Deceased Name: LANCASTER - Mrs. Annie Mae Couch Hinson
age 78, a resident of Lancaster Convalescent Center died Saturday, October 23, 1999 at Springs Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 21, 1921 in Lancaster County, a daughter of the late Mr. Grover Cleveland Couch and Mrs. Emma Lorraine Shehane Couch, and wife of the late Mr. Ira Lee Hinson. Mrs. Hinson was a homemaker and a member of Glenwood Heights Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hinson is survived by 4 sons, Mr. Hoyt Croxton, Jr. of Haughton, LA, Mr. William Hinson of West Columbia, Mr. Paul Hinson of Lancaster, and Mr. Terry Hinson of St. Petersburg, FL, 4 daughters, Mrs. Nell Gilreath of Durham, NC, Mrs. Joanne C. Phillips of Kershaw, Mrs. Betty Sue Bryant of Midland City, AL, and Mrs. Gail Hinson of Lancaster, 6 brothers, Mr. Coleman G. Couch, Jr. of Chester, Mr. James E. Couch and Mr. David Couch both of Heath Springs, Mr. Eugene Couch of Franklin, NC, Mr. Wilber Couch of Lancaster, and Mr. Bobby Couch of Kershaw, 3 sisters, Mrs. Della C. Adams of Rock Hill, Mrs. Marie C. Phillips of Kershaw, and Mrs. Betty C. Cauthen of Heath Springs

20 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hinson was preceded in death by one son, Mr. Eddie D. Hinson.

The Funeral Service of Mrs. Hinson will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 27, 1999 at Glenwood Heights Baptist Church by Rev. J.J. Neely burial will follow at Rich Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Family of Mrs. Hinson will receive friends from 7:00-8:30 PM Tuesday evening, October 26, 1999 at Hartley Funeral Home, 1800 Charlotte Highway, Lancaster, and suggest memorial contributions to Glenwood Heights Baptist Church, 600 Nichols Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.

The family of Mrs. Hinson are at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joanne Phillips, 114 Minor Street, Kershaw, SC 29067.
