Cletus R. Plank, 79 of 1917 York Road, Gettysburg, died Saturday, July 4, at the Leader Nursing and Rehab Center in Carlisle.
He was the husband of Gladys Bergens Plank.
Born in Adams County, he was the son of the late Charles and Vergie Mae Plank Plank.
He was a member of the Gettysburg Moose Lodge.
He is survived by nine children, Cletus Plank Jr. of Ijams, Maryland., Donald Leroy Plank of Gettysburg, Gary Lee Plank of Geneva, Ala., Glenn Morris Plank of Gettysburg, Stanley Keith Plank of Littlestown, Virginia Mary Lawver of Hughesville, Joanne Janet Heflin of Gettysburg, Caroline Nancy Howe of Gettysburg and Linda Karen Snyder of Boiling Springs; 25 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren; a brother, Landon Plank of Gettysburg; and two sisters, Geraldine Wise of South Carolina and Sarah Kint of New oxford.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle St., Gettysburg, is in charge of the arrangements.
