Mrs. Alma E. LaRock, 79, a lifelong Manitowoc resident who resided at Shady
Lane Home, Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, June 9, at Park Lawn Home,
Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
The Rev. Gerald Schrankler will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. LaRock, nee Alma E. Steffen, was born Sept. 22, 1901, at Manitowoc,
daughter of the late William and Anna Winke Steffen. She resided in Manitowoc
all her life and was a member of V.F.W. Auxiliary.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Sharon Dehne of Edmond
Okla.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Greta and Cyril Svatek of Manitowoc,
Marlene and Clarence Meneau of Route 1, Whitelaw, and Garnet and Calvin LaRocque
of Manitowoc, 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in
death by a son, Emil Jr., and two brothers.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and
Friday morning until the time of services.
