    Arthur Lightowler was born May 21, 1909, most likely in the Hackett/Finleyille area of Washington County, Pennsylvania. He was one of 14 known children of Arthur & Emma Celeste (Hohn) Lightowler.

    On June 11, 1909, at just 21 days old, Arthur passed away due to a spinal malformation (possibly spina bifida). He was buried that same day in the Lightowler family plot in Finleyville Cemetery.
