Mary was the daughter of Andrew Gardner and Elizabeth Taphorn. About 1939 she married Robert Kadler and they had four daughters: Joyce, Mary, Colletta, and Elizabeth. She was a retired seamstress for the old Stewart's. Mary died at the age of 73.
