HORNUNG - Dolores T., 80, of Louisville, died Monday, January 4, 2010 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was the former Dolores T. Gardner, the former owner of Tool Repair Service Inc., a member of St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church and the bereavement committee at St. Stephen Martyr. She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Hornung Jr.; and sisters and brothers, Andrew Gardner, Evelyn Lloyd, Dorothy Lawson, Nellis Gardner, Mary Kadler, Joe Gardner, Colletta Deddens, Johnny Gardner and Marie Krupp. She is survived by her children, Sharon A. Bolger (Pat) and John Hornung III (Ruthie); a sister, Sister Vera Gardner OSU; grandchildren, Erin Michelle and Patrick Edward Bolger, and Meredith and John Hornung IV; a nephew who she was guardian of, Jimmy Lawson; and several nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. The family would like to thank all her Doctors for their kind and considerate care over the years. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a. m. Friday at St. Stephen Martyr Church 2931 Pindell Ave., with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 8 p. m. Thursday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home 2723 Preston Hwy.
