Albert Haskins, 85, died August 12, 2002, in Fair Oaks, California. He was born in Combs, Arkansas, the son of Jesse Clarence and Rachel Shipp Haskins.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ilean Haskins June 20, 2002, two sisters, Alta Faubus of Huntsville, Iva Williams of Delaney and one brother Garland Haskins of Huntsville.

He is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Furry of Fair Oaks, California, one son, Arvis Haskins of Boise, Idaho, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one sister and brother-in-law, Robert and Frances Collins of Lincoln, Arkansas, Golda Keith of Seattle, Washington, Lenice Small of Clifton, Colorado, bother and sister-in-law, Elmer and Bernice Haskins of Huntsville.

Funeral services were held August 19 in California. Burial was in Lakewood Memorial Park, Modesto, California.
