Mrs. Rachel Frances Haskins, 83, of Huntsville, died Tuesday in a Huntsville hospital. Born Nov. 26, 1893, at Dutton, the daughter of Taylor and Celia Witt Shipp, she was a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by three sons, Albert, Elmer, and Garland all of Huntsville; four daughters, Mrs. Alta Faubus of Huntsville, Mrs. Iva Williams of Delaney, Mrs. Lenice Small of Grand Junction, Colo. and Mrs. Golda Anaruk of Seattle, Wash.; one brother, John Shipp of Bentonville; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Cooper of Bentonville and Mrs. Stella Gregory of Modesto, Calif., 19 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brashears Funeral Chapel with burial in the Ledbetter Cemetery.
