Services for Mrs. Katie F. Henderson, 71, of 231 Church Street, Salem, were held yesterday (Monday) at the Garrison Funeral Home with burial in Salem Baptist Cemetery.

Mrs. Henderson died Thurdsay in the Salem County Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Herbert Henderson, who died in 1953. Born in Lower Alloways Creek, she was a daughter of the late John and Clara Baker Owen.

Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Joseph Headley, Quinton; Mrs. William Reeves, Mrs. Adelia Boultinghouse and Mrs. Lester Wolfe, all of Salem; Mrs. Charles Fay, Pennsville; Mrs. Clarkson Thomas, Harmersville; Mrs. Lewis Osborn, Lakeland, Fla.; Mrs. Walter Seay, Elmer; Mrs. Charles Myers, Salem-Bridgeton Pike, and Mrs. David Danberry, Trenton; sons, Herbert Jr., Salem; and Allen, Pennsville; 36 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
