Born in Quinton, Mrs. Wolfe was a lifelong Salem County resident and retired in 1985 after 15 years of service as a Salem County Correctional Department officer.
Surviving are her husband, Lester I. Wolfe; two sons, Brian and Michael, both of Salem; two daughters, Sharon L. Magee of Baton Rouge, La. and Shirley J. Abernathy of Quinton; four grandchildren, one great granddaughter; two brothers, Herbert Henderson and Allen Henderson, both of Pennsville; five sisters, Carolyn Headley and Catherine Fay, both of Pennsville: Margaret Thomas of Lower Alloways Creek, Rye Myers of Salem and Adelia Petrauschke of Salem.
Private services were by the H.T. Layton and Son Home for Funerals, Salem.
