Margaret Thomas, 76, died suddenly on Monday at her home in Lower Alloways Creek.
The daughter of the late Herbert and Katie Henderson, she had lived in the area all of her life and at her late residence for the last 50 years.
Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Clarkson; a son, Jack Wilson of Kansas; a brother, Allen Henderson of Pennsylvania; four sisters, Catherine Fay, Carolyn Headley, both of Pennsville, Rye Myers and Adelia Petrauschke, both of Salem.
Private funeral services will be held under the direction of the Russell C. Sheppard Funeral Home, Salem.
