Miss Elizabeth Woitejsiak (Wojtysiak), age 49, of 417 South Warren street, died in the residence Wednesday afternoon at 5:15 o'clock after one week's illness of summer influenza.
She was born May 21, 1881, in New York and is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary Kalicka, this city, six sisters and one brother, they are : Mrs. Sally Kalaneja (Kalamaja), of Denver, Colo.; Mrs. Mary Tutz (Putz), Mrs. Magdalen Niezzoka (Niezgodzki) and Mrs. Joan Harmocinska (Harmacinski), all of South Bend, Mrs. Annette Logan and Sister Anna Rypa (Sister Mary Rita), both of Chicago and John Was, of this city.
