Funeral services for Mrs. Walter Isaacs, 67, a long-time resident of Unadilla, were held Sunday, Jan. 16, at 2:30 P.M., at the Unadilla Christian Church, with Rev. B.C. Bobbit of Lincoln, officiating. Mrs. Isaacs passed away Thursday, January 13, at her home.
Surviving are her husband and eight children, George, Chester and Floyd, of Unadilla, Clifford, Dix, Nebr. , Carrol, at home, Mrs. Nellie Bruns, Otoe. Kenneth A., chief petty officer, who has served 16 years in the U.S. Navy. Dean, also in the Navy, now doing combat duty in the southwest Pacific, was unable to attend the funeral. Kenneth arrived home before his mother's death. Burial was in Unadilla Cemetery.
