Fond du Lac Reporter, Thurs. Jan. 22, 1987, p. 24:3. Alex N. Beyer, 94, of St. Petersburg FL, died Wed. Jan. 21, 1987, in St. Petersburg. He was born Oct. 11, 1892, in Fond du Lac, a son to John and Katherine Theisen Beyer. He married Ida Segebart on May 17, 1916 in Fond du Lac. Mr. Beyer attended Fond du Lac schools and was a member of St. Mary’s Church. He was employed for many years with Drenks Company, before retiring to Florida 19 years ago. Survivors include his wife; one son, Howard of Seminole FL; one daughter, Betty at home; one granddaughter; and two brothers, John Beyer of Sarasota FL, and Alfred of Appleton. Preceding him in death were one son, one daughter, six brothers and six sisters. Funeral services will be held Friday at 8:30 a.m. at Brett Funeral Home, St. Petersburg FL, and at 10 a.m. at St. Jude’s Church, St. Petersburg.
