EARL H. COOK
Earl H. Cook, 45, 725 Lewis, Burlington, died Wednesday night at 2135 Adams Street, where he had been visiting, when he had a heart attack.
The police amubulance and fire department inhalator squad members were called to the scene shortly after 6 p.m. but attempts to revive Cook were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead upon arrival of a doctor.
Earl H. Cook was born May 15, 1910 at Woodburn, Iowa, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Cook. He was married April 16, 1939 in Princeton, Missouri to Vera Hull.
Surviving are his wife, Vera, three daughters, Betty, Ruth and Clara, all of Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Lyle Hull, Burlington; and Mrs. Arthur Edgerton, Chariton; six brothers, Leslie, Chariton; Orval and Tillman, Russell; Walter, Cambria; Roy, Lucas; and Clarence, Osceola, Iowa.
